“We welcome the Cabinet Minister’s commitment to bringing forward a Community Right to Buy Bill, a vital step towards giving people greater control over the places that matter most to them.
As highlighted in our call for action, communities across Wales risk losing valued assets such as pubs, parks and village halls without stronger rights and support. Empowering communities to take ownership will help protect these spaces, strengthen local economies and improve well-being for current and future generations.”
