| CYM

Our Audit and Risk Committee (ARAC) is responsible for providing independent advice and assurance to the commissioner (acting as Accounting Officer) and the Leadership Team on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control and risk management.

A finance report and quarterly performance progress report are shared with ARAC members in addition to regular internal audit reports, our strategic risk register, exception reports on governance and corporate matters and reports in response to any specific risks or challenges that arise.

ARAC also scrutinises our annual report, statutory accounts and external auditors’ reports.
