Ensure that all of your access points have bilingual greetings.

Problem

About a third of people in work who can speak Welsh always speak Welsh with their work colleagues, a third sometimes speak Welsh and a third never do.

Simple Change

The Welsh public sector has huge potential for promoting the Welsh language and by ensuring that all your access points have bilingual greetings, you are supporting people to feel empowered to use whatever language they feel most comfortable using, while providing learners with the opportunity to try out a few simple phrases in Welsh and develop their understanding.
